Grant Associates led the landscape masterplan through concept and scheme design with TK Studio taking it forward to detailed stages. It was a great project to collaborate on with TK Studio for our client MDQC, who had a strong vision from the outset to create a new model for Intergenerational living in Symbiosis with Nature.

The other buildings all have different heights and have been specifically designed to maximize the entry of direct light into the park.
