The approximately 90 meter tall building will be located at the entrance of the city, culminating at the Belsenpark masterplan urban development in the district of Oberkassel, on the left bank of the river Rhine.

KCAP designed the corner block with 53 apartments and the landscaped courtyard. The architectural design for Kade Noord integrates the urban qualities that also inspired KCAP’s masterplan for Noorderhaven: the Zutphen’s particular landscape and the historical IJsselfront, a prominent ensemble giving identity to the city’s visual appearance.
