The new community hall is on the west of the apartment building and is set on a new pocket square with a footpath that ties the space into the West Kensington and Gibbs Green estate. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at Tom’s Kitchen, The Mailbox, Birmingham on Tuesday 22 May.

Andrew David Whalley, Global Chairman, Grimshaw Architects, awarded an OBE: Officer of the Order of the British Empire , for services to Architecture and to Environmental sustainability. An anonymous competition, the winning design was selected from a shortlist of 26 teams. Grimshaw Architects to speak at RIBA North. 6 Oct 2021.
