I believe I first heard of architect Ben Pentreath from a video called “ Three Classicists ” in which he, along with George Saumarez Smith, and Francis Terry drew, in 2010, a classical scene on the walls of the Kowalski Gallery, in London. Well, Ben Pentreath has just been awarded the Richard H. Driehaus Prize for 2023.

Japanese architecture studio SANAA 's founders Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa have been named the architecture laureates for this year's Praemium Imperiale awards by the Japan Art Association. The Praemium Imperiale awards were inaugurated in 1988 and have been given out since 1989 by Japan's Imperial family.
