The design is crafted to respond to its street setting by maintaining the city street built form with a two storey articulated open brick facade providing security and privacy to the residence within. Residence 264 clearly demonstrates that a small site can overcome its limitations with carefully considered design and site configuration.

The design was deliberately horizontal to maintain its connection to the existing home’s character. The design of a void into a section of the alfresco roof, allows light to penetrate and reach the living areas. We loved their established garden and wanted to work around it, retaining it and framing it as a key focal element.

These distinctive landmarks inform the design of the Wulanda Recreation & Convention Centre , a gathering place for all to participate in sports, recreation, and community events. Acoustic design, retractable seating and multi-purpose surfaces enable the centre to adapt from sporting competitions to tradeshows, concerts and events.
