The double-fronted Brick House is located in a conservation area and required extensive renovation due to essential maintenance being neglected for decades. Brick House now opens onto the large garden by way of a full width, pale brick rear extension, bookended by an expansive brick patio.

A sense of arrival was essential, thus visitors are firstly guided through the entry courtyard bordered by a mature Maple and encompassed by 3 sides of modern brick walling, before then being led into the entrance hall, which then feels like an extension of this external space.
