Neom also revealed renders of the structure seemingly showing two possible options for the building. Named the Mountain Observatory, the building will overlook the central lake as part of a district within Trojena named Discover. The mountain-top building will overlook the resort's central lake.

Renders of the skyscraper show a crystal-like structure made of numerous columns that tappers towards the peak. Although full details of the building's use have not yet been revealed, the tower will contain shops, restaurants and exhibition spaces along with observation decks at three different levels.

The building is punctured with openings to allow for light to filter into the spaces. Trojena is being built in the heart of NEOM, the kingdom’s most ambitious giga project.
