Manhave and building developer VORM have unveiled the new design for the Lumière Tower in the city centre of Rotterdam. Trees line the street below, while gardens designed by LOLA Landscape Architects grace various rooftops. The goal is to provide an intimate and pleasant atmosphere for visitors.

The first two floors will offer restaurant and retail space, while the extensively landscaped roof terraces and integrated solar panels in the roof areas add to the sustainability of the project. The project has already commenced with the construction of the Kö36 building and its occupation by the Moncler and Fendi brands.
