BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group and A+ Architects unveil design for the 12,000 m2 Marengo Multimodal Transport Hub in France’s fourth largest city, Toulouse. Construction of the transport hub is set to begin in 2026 with the completion of the underground connection to Gare Matabiau and metro station set for 2028.

Doing this now, the City is a full 8 years behind the State required 10-year update cycle. The big question is the future of downtown, not only in Baltimore but in cities around the country, and, indeed, the world. As a result of all these factors, some cities were hit harder, some less so.
