Zoom fatigue became a thing in 2020 (Mitchell Republic) As is often the case with innovation, complaints overshadow the benefits. I now participate in more public involvement meetings for the new masterplan, the new budget and the like, for which I would often didn't find the time to attend when it had to be in person.
