Seattle’s (WA) estimated share is more than 80%, and San Jose’s (CA) approaches 90%. In German suburbs single family homes are much more pervasive, but publicly controlled masterplans frequently mandate services, apartments and retail to be mixed in. In Los Angeles (CA) the proportion is more than 70%. Not all that much.
