I’ve sketched up a typical bedroom to help illustrate what I mean. In this sketch, I’ve rotated the bed 180° so that the head of the bed is opposite the entry and when the occupants are lying in bed, they have a clear view of the door. Fear is always helpful in getting my clients to see the correct way.
