The structure, developed in collaboration with Victory Group, Icon Real Estate, and Erik Dhont Landscape Architects, features a hybrid-timber construction system that creates a stepped volume, breaking down the building’s mass. At the street level, the development offers a wide variety of public amenities, striving to become an active hub for both residents and office workers.

Fumihiko Maki , the 1993 Pritzker Prize laureate and a leading figure in Japan's Metabolism movement, passed away in Tokyo on June 6th, his Maki and Associates firm announced late Tuesday. He was 95. Japanese architect Fumihiko Maki , who designed buildings including 4 World Trade Center and was one of the founders of metabolism , has died aged 95. A winner of both the Pritzker Architecture Prize and the AIA Gold Medal , Maki passed away on 6 June due to natural causes, his studio Maki and Associates told Dezeen.
