We love a renovation challenge, and this cabinetmaker’s workshop ticks all the right boxes with its soaring volume, skylit windows and location at the heart of Grasse, near the French Riviera.
The Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur property dates from 1833, and it’s seen several uses over the centuries, having housed an old mill, industrial manufacturing facilities and a carpentry workshop. Its next chapter could be conversion into a home or live/work space.
Espaces Atypique is selling the Grasse atelier for €750,000. The hilltop town is halfway between the coast and the Alps. It is best known for its traditional perfume industry and offering a slower pace of living than its famous neighbours, Cannes and Antibes.
