ASHRAE recently released an updated edition of ANSI/ASHRAE/ASHE Standard 170, Ventilation of Health Care Facilities. The 2021 edition delivers critical guidance for designers and operators and incorporates 17 addenda to the 2017 edition of the standard. Changes include: · Expanded requirements to allow airborne infectious isolation room exhaust discharge to general exhaust under certain conditions.

One Museum Square, a 296,000-sf luxury high-rise apartment community, has recently completed in Los Angeles. The 21-story building comprises 285 residential apartment units, a large open-air activity patio with dining and lounge seating, a residence lounge that opens up to a patio, flexible workspaces, a precision fitness center, and a sky lounge, rooftop pool, and jacuzzi.
