Milan Design Week is a worldwide festival of innovation and creativity. Local expert Designboom has been educating visitors on the event for over 20 years, highlighting works and installations from international artists, architects and trend-setters, while both Architonic and ArchDaily have treated the festival – host to arguably the world’s biggest furniture fair, Salone del Mobile, and installations from world-renowned architects – as a home-away-from-home.

The power of the three

As a trio of creative knowledge fountains, Milan Design Week is entirely what the DAAily platforms and 'The power of the three' are all about. Using their combined experience and expertise across the creative board, the three power brands are joining forces to evolve the iconic Architonic Guide, a festival mainstay from previous years, into two new guides. With the DAAily platforms' three distinctive points of view, the fair and city guides will help visitors curate their own schedules for the week.

DAAily fair guide

With content and selected highlights from all three DAAily platforms, the DAAily fair guide offers imperative assistance in filtering over 2,000 exhibitors of Salone del Mobile 2022 into what’s worth seeing, whatever you’re there for.

The DAAily fair guide, available at the entrances of Halls 07 and 05 and as a pre-fair download, features background information on just what it is that makes the Fiera so important, along with printed and digital tools that make navigating the fair simple and intuitive, however you use it.

DAAily city guide

The second chapter of your Milan Design Week bible, meanwhile, is the DAAily city guide. Focusing on the sprawling network of showrooms, architectural must-sees, locations and events for adventuring creatives to discover in Milan, the DAAily city guide is a must-have accessory for visitors with inquisitive, but comfortable, shoes. No room for the guide in your jam-packed cotton bag (available at one of six Hotspots including the DAAily booth)? No problem; download the digital guide to take with you on your phone.

Both print and digital download versions of the guide features QR codes to Google maps and articles, so navigation and commentary can be accessed on-the-go, while the digital version is available for download now, so showroom-hopping schedules can be planned ahead of time. Just make sure the breadcrumbs end with the DAAily platforms’ inspiring and insightful Live Talks programme at our own DAAily bar at Swiss Corner, Piazza Cavour, Via Palestro 2, 20121 Milano – brought to you in partnership with Bally and Christian Fischbacher and supported by Brunner, Vibia, MAGIS, Andreu World and ames.
