BAAO extends Carroll Gardens Townhouse around a magnolia tree

A family home in Brooklyn has been extended and renovated by local studio Barker Associates Architecture Office , to expand the kitchen and create larger rooms for the daughters. The Carroll Gardens Townhouse, located a block away from the Gowanus Canal, was the family of four's home for a decade before they decided they needed more space.
