The intention of the owners was a space where they could share with the family and at the same time, have privacy, that is why the house is planned in three zones: a suite, a social space where the living room, dining room, kitchen, gallery and finally another sleeping area.

It is proposed in a plot with a north orientation for the back of it, being this a happy coincidence between orientation and the search for privacy over the street. It is designed in a U-shaped plant opened to the east, where the orientations start to define the project.

The city has suffered a densification process which has worried a sector of the population, who sees this development as a threat to the single-family household residences of some neighborhoods and, consequently to the way these were perceived and experienced a few years ago, endangering its identity as a city-town.
