Aedas projects recognised at Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023

At this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards, four Aedas projects have been named Regional Nominees and will compete at the International Property Awards 2023 to be the Asia Pacific’s Bests and ultimate World’s Bests. The awards highlight the innovation and design excellence of the teams, celebrating the outstanding designs in the industry throughout the year.

Bagualing Industrial Park Urban Renewal Design, Shenzhen, PRC (designed by Executive Director Kelvin Hu, Founder and Global Principal Designer Keith Griffiths) – 5-Star – Best Commercial High Rise Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best Commercial High Rise Architecture Asia Pacific

Haikou Hotel, Hainan, PRC (designed by Global Design Principal Kevin Wang) – 5-Star – Best Hotel Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best Hotel Architecture Asia Pacific

Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City Riverfront Digital Industrial Park, Hangzhou, PRC (Jointly-designed by Aedas – Executive Director Wei Li and ZIAD) – 5-Star – Best Retail Architecture, China and Regional Nominee for Best Retail Architecture Asia Pacific

Along with the above four Regional Nominee projects, 13 Aedas-design projects were also recognised for their design excellence.
