In life, some of our greatest achievements are born out of unexpected circumstances. Chloe's journey into the world of architecture is a testament to this. What started as a passion for sketching and drawing eventually led her to apply to an architecture program in college. Little did she know that this impulsive decision would pave the way for a remarkable career.

While most students find architecture school progressively harder, Chloe felt quite the opposite. With limited understanding of the foundational concepts, she initially struggled to get started. However, her determination and unwavering commitment to excellence propelled her forward. Surpassing expectations, Chloe excelled in her studies, proving that passion and perseverance can defy all odds.

Upon graduating, Chloe found herself working at a metal fabrication shop, initially hesitant to leave. But fate had other plans for her. Introduced to a firm, she started in a clerical position and gradually climbed her way up to the design department. It was during this transition that Chloe realized the stark disparity between what she had learned in college and the practical skills required on the job. Undeterred, she embraced the challenge and expanded her knowledge base through hands-on experience.

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic brought about unprecedented challenges for everyone, including Chloe. Dealing with medical conditions, she made the difficult decision to prioritize the safety of herself and her family, choosing to bunker down for a year. However, she utilized this time productively, working diligently through professional practice exams. Despite encountering health issues that posed a hurdle to her studies, Chloe's resilience shone through as she enrolled in The ARE Boot Camp, ultimately passing the PPD/PDD exams.

With licensure achieved, Chloe faced a new set of challenges. As a young architect with limited workplace experience, the pressure to perform weighed heavily on her shoulders. Recognizing the importance of managing stress and anxiety, she dedicated herself to personal growth and found effective coping mechanisms. Looking ahead, Chloe aspires to explore new horizons, potentially venturing into development or even starting her own firm. Her passion, and eagerness to learn serve as the foundation for a promising future.

Chloe's journey from a spontaneous college application to becoming a licensed Architect showcases the power of determination and adaptability. Overcoming academic struggles, bridging the gap between theory and practice, and conquering personal challenges during a global pandemic, Chloe has proven herself to be an Architect of resilience. As she embarks on her future endeavors, we eagerly await the next chapter in Chloe's inspiring architectural career.
