About LEAP
Launched in 2020 by the non-profit ARRAY Alliance founded by Ava DuVernay, the LEAP fund commissions projects across multiple disciplines including film, literature, poetry, theater, dance, fine art and music. LEAP's mission is to break the code of silence that exists around police brutality through activist storytelling.
About Art For Justice Fund
Founded by Agnes Gund, Art For Justice provides direct grants to artists and advocates focused on safely reducing the prison population, promoting justice reinvestment and creating art that changes the narrative around mass incarceration.
