Enclosed by a partition of steel mesh, the Bulthaup kitchen features Gaggenau ovens and a stainless steel sink that can be obscured by a yellow curtain.
The mezzanine currently serves as a bedroom. "The wall of glazing cuts across the space, and the same striking metal found throughout Juliano Cordano’s design forms a bedhead; a bespoke Iroko cabinet runs along one side," states the listing.
Playful touches abound, evident in the bathroom, which features yellow paint, stainless steel, and white tiles. A deep bath—a plunge pool of sorts—and shower are on the other side.
"It’s a home full of surprises and bespoke details," says Cordano. "If you open a drawer, the inside will be a different color. It’s all about creating a reaction. I love when people comment on the design."
The current homeowners love to entertain, so they created bunk beds for guests to stay over.
A raw steel spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace.
"A bench seat and table are set amongst ivy, lavender, and bamboo that rise from rusted steel planters," states the listing.
