Væksthuset is a 105-year-old repurposed greenhouse Known as Væksthuset, which translates as "the greenhouse", it is now a plant-filled education and events space with a focus on farming and sustainability. These are now installed at one end of the site, while the other three were sold and repurposed elsewhere.

Located on the site of a former quartzite quarry and surrounded on two sides by the Aravalli Biodiversity Park, the scheme will include facilities for the visual, performing, literary and culinary arts as well as a new arts academy. This material, made without glues or adhesives, repurposes locally-sourced wood damaged by pine beetle infestation, making the cabins highly sustainable. The team inverted the trusses to create a unique, culturally resonant roof shape, utilizing the existing foundation and most of the kit’s materials.
