Baltimore City and County Planning the Future: How they prepare their new Masterplans

Late to the party: The new 10 year plans Baltimore City calls it a Comprehensive Plan and hasn't done one since 2006. Baltimore County calls it Masterplan 2030 and its last version is from 2020. The innovative approach comes from the American Planning Association (APA). The notes of the feedback so far can be found here.
